I'm going by IRC names here but here, in no particular order, are the best players I've had the chance to play with:

Played: Meta Knight
He dominated me for practically the entire thing.
Nstinct:
Played: Ness/Yoshi
VERY good with Yoshi's recovery and DJC. Also excellent with Ness
Jazz:
Played: Samus/Pikachu
Those Pikachu combos. His Samus is very good with controlling. Fits his defensive playstyle very well
AnalogBear:
Played: Sheik
VERY good with combos. Plays Sheik like a dream.
BensonObama:
Played: C. Falcon/DK
Difficulty with input lag, but I see the potential in his Falcon.
Miker:
Played: DK
Holy.Crap.That.DK. Reads so hard.

Sanic is easy to play with. You just down spec for days.
Yeah I'll play you later. Megaman is gonna be difficult to approach tho.

Gotta gew f4st. But that Naruto though. Jeez, all the zero to death kill combos, really knew what he was doing.
RandomAlias - My Mains/Meta Knight
I beat Alias' MK with Samus, Pikachu, and Donkey Kong. So the next set we play dittos with each of my mains, and he beats me every single time. So I suppose he just has the most all around mastery, seeing as how I can't beat his MK with my MK. :I
Sot6p - Ichigo
Really abused Ichigo's blur aggressively, had to pull some hard reads to even land a hit, felt like I was in helpless state the entire set!

Ichigo and Naruto are obnoxious as all hell and I hope they get nerfed in some way. Just constantly abusing the same stuff and it rarely fails. Obviously for some matchups way more than others, but I'd like to see some more organic gameplay.

The only thing I can say about Naruto is that his side spec needs a cooldown like his down spec in the air.
Ichigo is easy to deal with if you know what you're doing, but for balancing purposes, his side spec needs to not break through projectiles as easily and/or needs to be more easily punishable. Currently in my eyes it's the new light dash.

Also a bit more charge up for Naruto's rasenshuriken would be nice. As of now it's basically a ranged version of Little Mac's KO uppercut that does slightly less damage and is way easier to charge.
