For each user's page(When someone is viewing your page, not you) put a list of their previous names. This would help people who have been gone for a while and can't find certaint people.

Well... Not really... I think we know the people already and their previous usernames... And if we don't remember them, they always pop up their previous usernames to remind us

I don't like this idea. You can always put your previous names in your signature, and some people chagne their name periodically so nobody would recognize them.
