Exactly why Brawl shouldn't have attacking taunts at all.

Just like Chun-Li's apologetic taunt, knocks you all the way across the screen, its there for humor purposes.

Exactly, its use is funny to the person using it, not so much to the person getting hit by it.

Using Luigi's is pretty funny, even if you do get hit by it, since it will kill you if it hits you in midair or on a ledge.

I think he was rushed too, only because he was a 3rd party character.
