In other news, I beat the 6th and 7th gyms in Pokémon Emerald, awakened two legendary Pokémon and started a war in Sootopolis City, so I had to go to the Sky Pillar to wake up another legendary Pokémon to stop the war. Now I'm at the Sootopolis Gym! So, any tips for beating the soul out of Juan's Kingdra? I tried spamming Strength with my Swampert but every two times I get it to low health, Juan uses a Hyper Potion.

It's funny you should say that. It's only weak to ONE type of move. Dragon type moves. And since I don't have a Salemence on my team or a Wireless Adapter so I can trade any useless Pokémon I don't want for a Salamence, I'm honestly f***ed.

You have to hit it relentlessly with your strongest attacks. Remember, never give up!

use buffs/debuffs (swords dance, calm mind, etc) or x items (x attack, x special, x accuracy) to boost up your strongest attacker

Use status moves and tank it out a little too if possible
Kingdra has swift swim and dragon dance which can make it a strong sweeper but you could try wasting his rain dance pp by using a shuffling strategy with roar+whirlwind etc.
Debuffs and buffs can also help, esp accuracy lowering or evasion ehancing

But you can always just spam potions cuz he runs out after using just a few

I have officially beaten I Wanna Beat The Guy! It took me almost 2000 deaths but I finally completed one of the most infamously hard video games! This is most definitely going in the list of my greatest achievements!

The Final Boss was really hard (especially the last phase!) but Mother Brain was the worst to fight IMO. I wouldn't mind fighting The Guy again but I never wanna fight that brain again.

Great job, Sonario! Also, a month ago, I beat Classic Mode on 9.8 Difficulty with Kirby. Without decreasing the difficulty when I died by King K. Rool's clap and had to continue because I had Classic Tickets with me.
