Well Kaio-Ken's a big part of the Goku meta so self-damage shouldn't be THAT big an issue if it gets compensated. Maybe Pichu could slowly regenerate self-damage by not attacking?

Pichu also takes damage doing quick attack? does he use electricity to use quick attack?

The reason Pichu takes damage isn't because of the Pichu Bros. movie. If you've read some Pokedex entries, it states that whenever Pichu tries to use electric attacks, it hurts itself in the process.

Well, most of the pokedex entries says that it sends out a jolt when startled, and that it can startle itself with random shocks that it can release unintentionally. Some do mention shocking itself if it stores too much electricity, but only a few. It may not have come from the short, but i do think that's what made it well known. _________________ Honestly, i don't really have a main. Tails is nice. And marth. So i guess i like... combos? I personally prefer the little red earband Plus it'd be seemingly pretty easy to put on Pichu, you would probably only need like 2/3 sprites for the band itself considering it's so basic  _________________ Stay groovy, wherever your travels take you. |

This is kindof unrelated to Pichu but still SmashCon focused
Has any character been shown like Distinctively less than other characters (Barring Pichu, who just got added) Like I wanna say  and  are the top contenders for that since I've only seen GDubbs Twice and Zelda is almost instantly turned into ShiekAnyone seen a lack of a character? Need data for the bingo card.
