Route 119 has to be it for me

I love the rain and the tall(er) grass and how long it is. It's always stuck with me

113 is super good as well, I love the atmosphere with the falling ash + walking through the grass to clear it

Route 47 is also really good. I feel like adding all this just to put in the Safari Zone was kinda awkward, but we got some cool cliffs to explore out of it

I like the one in Hoenn with the rain and the tall grass where Tropius lives

113 is highly satisfying, i think it's the only route to make me feel that way

i would honestly spend more time that i should've on that route specifically for clearing ash, it was great

i miss being a kid now wtf

Hoenn routes are all good basically even the water ones
Also the Johto ones are really good some of them sorta make me want to cry
When we're old and manage to find copies of old Pokemon games and stuff I wonder what it will feel like for us
We're like the first generation to have lived on Earth who will experience that
I wonder if people will remember how good and creative these games were
Like maybe textbooks would reference it? Or space people

Route 209 in d/p/p was a favorite of mine when I was younger, I love the music that plays there. 119 in r/s/e is good as hell also

I love Route 16 from Kanto in GSC cause it's the only place you can catch a slugma

Nah but for reals
Route 10 from Unova always stuck out to me so much, mainly cause of the music but man, it just.... feels so damn good
Also Route 8 from Kalos feels pretty nice, it has you climbing down a cliff with a beautiful seaside view. (I love Kalos' routes in general)

And ye, I wholeheartedly agree with all the picks above as some of the best
