I know this sounds like a complaint, but I'm still not really a fan at how they handled Ichigo lately. They said his slow attack speed is due to his sword being heavy, which is not true because a Shinigami can wield their Zanpakutō effortlessly regardless of shape and size. The team actually spoke about this in their 0.8 explanation so they know about this. I get that in 0.8 he was too fast with his attacks so they heavily nerfed him, but in 0.9 he seems to not completely follow this. I know you don't make every character exactly like they're supposed to (Goku being a huge example), but making Ichigo's attack speed suck a bit because of his sword being "very heavy" is almost like a lie. The way they handled his neutral special isn't that great either considering it is not designed as a small, slow projectile used for defensive purposes.
 No matter why it's used, it's always a big, powerful projectile capable of doing a lot of damage. Bankai does this very well, but the current version? Not so much... Again, I apologize if this sounds like a complaint. I just needed to point these two things out. Again, you know that a projectile like this is severely nerfed when it loses to Naruto's Rasengon after charging it a little.
Now they need to apply it to his FS since that's primarily what his Bankai is all about. _________________ SSF2 Mains: , |
