Sidekicks are made like that to enfathizate main characters. He's supposed to look worst than Josuke. It makes Josuke look +1 cooler.

It doesn't really make any sense that Kakyoin was the 'Part 3 Zeppeli' since Part 3 is the part where Araki decided to not give a s*** about Hamon anymore. Just because he died nearly at the end doesn't mean anything. I mean, counting on what you said, Avdol or even Iggy could be the 'Part 3 Zeppeli' you're talking about.

Unfortunately, he doesn't get much taller in the following years.

But yeah you raise a good point, Avdol may actually be the part 3 Zepelli.

So, I read Steel Ball Run (Part 7) in like 5 days and:

God, it's like the endings get worse and worse as time goes on (I want to choke the s*** out of Lucy).
It's the same type of s*** that happened in Part 6 with Emporio. I think Araki is obsessed with non-JoJos stealing the last kill.
It doesn't help that I haven't been this confused towards the end of a part since Part 5.
They did a pretty crap job at explaining most of the stuff that happened, now I think about it.
I will say; however, I actually enjoyed most of this story, unlike Part 6, and its characters were likable. That Pulp Fiction scene tho.

Just for the record: Pucci would kick Funny's a** and DIO would kick Johnny's a**.

Steel Ball Run may not be one of its strongest parts, but it's definitely worth reading if you're into the series.

I will continue reading JoJo's Bizarre Adventure until I get to the latest chapter of JoJolion, and by then, I'll have read all that the manga has to offer, so far.

Edit: I wasn't expecting to be caught up in 3 days.... Now I have the manga to wait on, as well.

Just finished Part 4. Easily the best part so far and especially refreshing compared to Part 3.

Josuke is a million times better than Jotaro's boring a** and I liked the more episodic feel with all the stories being set in the same town instead of going across the world.

Also liked how the Stand abilities got more crazy and Kira is a much more interesting and scary villain than DIO and his generic "I want to rule the world!!" motive.

Only real issues are the slow start and Joseph being an old man ;__;

Now I get to move on to Part 5 and considering all the times I've heard it's terrible, it can only be better than I'm expecting it to be

See? 4 is the best part. the best of them all.

And yeah, 5 is awful. Or at least it was for me. Tell me if you want to keep reading after Illuso and man in the mirror. Ugh.
