Not sure how doable this is at all. And I have no clue how we could get it to work. But on Kaze's forum he has something called the portal which shows most active topics, who's online, affiliates etc. Might be useful to us somehow

We have all of that though. Most active topics (on default) are at the top of each section. Who is online is at the bottom of MGF. Affiliates are at the bottom of the forum too IIRC _________________

If PHPbb has portals built in like IF and vB do, then let's hope that whoever designed the skin also made a skin for the portal (which somehow I doubt).

Is there something specifc you want these forums to be able to do? Or you could click view active topics at the top. The portal makes it convenient by putting it on one page and it makes it look nice basically.
