The Vault needs slow motion and fast motion replay

When I first used the replays in the vault they showed the whole entire match . It was way too long for me and there was no way for me to skip it or even move the camera and take some pictures of some shots I liked. So I would like them to add slow motion and fast motion to improve the experience of replays :smug:

Also... The bu.g needs to fixed. When you pause the screen, it just moves up/down/left/right.

It would be also cool if you could actually CONTROL the replay. That way you can see a backward action, rewatch a action etc.

Currently Playing: Complacency breeds weakness. My opponents won't stop getting stronger, neither will I.
The replays only save the inputs, so thats why when you pause it the screen moves (whichever player is holding the direction). Rewinding might be possible, same with slow-mo and fast speed (as we have slow/lightning modes), but jumping ahead will be impossible I think.

So that's why some replays might be corrupt when you play them.

The game might not act the same way as it was intended, and because it only saves inputs, it might desync and then the replay is ruined.

The best thing they could do is sort of like SSB4's uploading to Youtube thing, where the game converts a replay into a video (in this case, .avi format).

An in-game recorder would be convenient if nothing else, provided that it works well. But yeah, since it's already easy to record a video, an in-game version isn't very likely.

Not necessarily. Brawl uses the same system.
