It's not about 'if Megaman', it's more like 'which Megaman', because over the course of years, Capcom has created more megamans like Mega Man, X, Megaman Volnutt and Megaman.EXE. Considering that X and .EXE won't be playable (as stated in an interview), it leaves Mega Man and Megaman Volnutt. I hardly doubt that they would throw in 2 Legends characters, so my bet goes towards Mega Man (the original blue bomber).

That would make things really interesting actually. I can see that being done really well.
And about the Megaman thing, I think that they might put both of them in actually. They DID say that there he will be "Megamany," I think.

If Volnutt is from Legends, then he seems likely considering Legends 3's recent confirmation.

Then again, they already have Tron Bonne (also from Megaman Legends), in Tatsunoko vs Capcom they balanced out the series (1 Legends, 1 Megaman X and 1 Classic).
