I'm Back! (wait.. what? you never left!)
Well, I've been posting here and there, BUT I haven't posted in my sprite topic since Feb 2nd.
That's a while considering it's March 13th.
I've been working on my project recently: Gloop (Name not final)
as you can see I've made a couple of chests, keys and a heart. I'm still working on this even if you haven't seen progress.

In order from top to bottom the names of these items are:
Royal Chest
Silver Chest
Golden Chest
Nature Chest
Big Chest
Small Chest

Heart
Dark heart (still haven't made that one yet)

Golden Key
Silver Key
Nature Key
There will be a Royal Key and even a Dark Key and Dark Chest. The sprites aren't that great.

The jumping looks weird I know.. it's because I animated it wrong I will make a better animation later.

It looks great, I love The Jumping and Landing Animations along with the Slime in the Floor

How does that Black line (Rope I suppose) moves?

The nature/big/small chests are pretty hard to read. The center part is too dark and doesn't have a good chest-y texture.


As for the jump, how about when he's in the air, he jiggles around instead of remaining stretched out? That ought to make it a bit more dynamic.

What are you asking? if it's actually playable? no. at least not yet.

The Black Line is a wire. a loose one, the game is set in a sciencey\Wood type area, the loose wire gives off 2 sparks zoom in on the GIF and you'll see them.

I think Gloop doesn't look elastic enough in his animations. But other than that is pretty good

I'm not making it currently, I don't have alot of coding experience.
I got Game maker (the free one not pirated) and none of it made sense to me, I tired searching up videos like
HOW TO MAKE PLATFORMERS! and its just a video of them playing their game.
what I mean by "Not yet" is i'm not working on it yet.
