If it was it was like 'upvote = +1' but 'downvote = 0, instead of -1 (to avoid hurt feelings, or whatever the case may be)', then I'm on board as well. Also it wouldn't say who upvoted or downvoted a post to avoid bias and/or favoritism as stated previously.

No points, no score, no anonymity. Just a way to say "I liked this" without taking up space with a post. You're thinking of Reddit when the suggestion is Facebook or Twitter
