You time travel back to AD 300 and land at the shore of the Dead Sea. You also gain ridiculously slow aging (0.1x normal speed). How long would it take for you to take over at least 70% of humanity? Can you possibly pull it off before you die?

Rules:
-You get 1 month in 2016 to prepare before you go back.
-You spontaneously know all languages spoken near ancient Middle-East.
-You can bring anything with you that fits into a normal backpack. There's no electric outlets or internet service in AD300, though.
-Assume that the timeline is rather stable; there will be no exaggerated butterfly effects (such as, you knock over a vase in AD 310 and then in 1800s humanity has colonized Mars).

What'd your plan be?

why 300 AD. why cant i go back another few hundred years and do something cool and accelerationist like introducing pythagoras to modern calculus. is this thread for a school project. im not doing your homework dude
