There are only 2 pokemon you wont be able to get: 'M and Missingno.
Unless you did the glitch in Red and Blue... You could also get level 101-255 pokemon.

I'll trade untouched Lugia (modest) and barely touched Ho-Oh (Lonely) for anything halfway decent

My frien gave me his AR and now I have pokemon with weird moves: Espeon and Charizard have surf, and Tyranitar has Fly. If anyone wants a pokemon with a peculiar tm or hm, say it.
