When I get stressed, I either listen to music through headphones (so I won't have to hear anything else that might make me even more angry), go outside and take a nice, slow walk, or play a video game to get my mind off the issue.

There's a number of things I've learned to do.
  • I can take it out with a good round of Soul Calibur or SSB
  • I listen to a nice- deep song
  • I watch a good movie or TV show
  • I do a few exercises.
