I agree, it's a pain, and he's not agreeing to change it when asked, isn't it techically agains the rules to stretch the page, so shouldn't there be
a limit for this too? _________________

I deleted it and gave him a warning, but I'm not sure if it's possible to put a limit to that sort of stuff.
