Toggle-able options.

Post Toggle-able options.
The options are listed in the bottom right corner of the screen.
They are for [img], [flash], [url], smilies and BBCode.

Why don't we make them toggleable, so we can turn them off and on?

This way, the hacker loses all power once we turn Images off, since the only damage he can really do is post porn.
It'll also satisfy the need to have things like Youtube vids in our sigs (which would be nice).

I've looked again and again.
I can't find them. As far as I know, they're not toggleable.
