Mono.Designer help

So, I've been trying to compile my copy of the Mono.Design component for a project. I've downloaded it and read the instructions completely( ie install Python, Run the included bat, etc)
It seemed pretty straight forward, but when I ran the "Prepare Visual Studio Build" Bat file I got this.  Any ideas, or would someone compile it for me? The files: https://github.com/mono/mwf-designer The instructions I followed: http://www.mono-project.com/WinForms_Designer |

I doubt that. I checked both the bat file and the generate-mono-design.py file and neither are directory specific. |

This is all the readme.txt file for the component tells me.
I don't see anything about a directory to put it in. You can go ahead and look at the files themselves and see if something is wrong in there. |

Excuse me if I am misreading this but you just double clicked the batch file and the cd deps\Mono.Design etc is not actually what you inserted in the command line, yes?
