Didn't like what I saw in here.

Your spritework is most impressive, although I think Sukapon looks too much like the tSR Sukapon. One tip I would liek to give you, if to avoid overreliance on AA and making shades 'hug the lines'. This leads to the sprites looking more fuzzy than neccesary imo. Keep in mind your lightsource and capitalise on that. This also frees up the darkest shade so you can use it to detail with, like making knees. I made you an example mock-up;

I personally asked in the forums and they said I could use their Sukapon sprite as a base.
Hmm I can actually see the difference. Thanks for the tips and the edit Steven!

Yeah sorry I didn't mean to suggest you stole it. I ment moreso, if you are gonna sprite Sukapon you might as well make your own design right?

Good point there. I'll take a shot at it whenever I can.

I sure hope Steven doesn't freak out over this one lol. EDIT: I went ahead a gave Dillon some improvements. Now, I've been working on a pixel art of Crater Lake (Oregon) and I wanted to make it look like an actual SSF2-styled stage. Can any of the spriter devs or anyone who knows about SSF2's stage perspectives give me some insight or tips that could help? I'll be showing what I have soon.

That Poliwrath is a very nice improvement! There are some inconsistancies in the lightsource (our) left's arm's shading doesn't match the rest of the reflections for example. But it's very nice. What do you have so far for the Crater Lake? Perhaps we can take a look at it together and see if we can figure out where to go.

(Decided to scrap the Crater Lake stage after figuring out I'm not ready for a project that big.) A new challenger arrives!

It looks pretty good, but the colors look a little dim to me. I wonder when there going to announce Wii U version DLC... the models are already there...

Neopets was lit and it formed part of my childhood, so why not bring it back with a revamp of my old Shoyru? I always find something to update on Dillon, so I might as well show how many details have changed on his sprite to this day.

Made this pixel art for my friend. Any criticism would be greatly appreciated.
