As for retro characters, I think Mach Rider would be a good addition. Maybe Lil' Mac too, if people still count him as an old school fighter, rather then a new fighter becuase of the Punch-Out reboot by Next Level Games.

This may come across as a random statement, but does anyone think that SSF2 will come out around the same time SSB4 will come out? I know both are going to to take a while to make.

Of course SSF2 is gonna come out first. If Brawl took about.. 3 years or so? I'm sure that since SSB4 will have more content in it, and also have to re-design a lot of stuff already in Brawl, it will take longer, so I'd estimate about five years. It'll probably be like. 2017. Holy s***, I'll be about 20 then.

SSB4 will not take five years. They have a much larger development team this time around. 3, maybe.

Initially they planned to build the Smash4 developement from the ground up. I would point out the irony of that statement, but I think the smarter idea is to just leave it be and move onto something else. So considering that there's a Wii game in the series, who thinks SoulCalibur has any chance at all of making some kind of an appearance? |
