Thats a good point. The point of rules (although most people would say otherwise) is to be followed. It just spoils it for everyone if they aren't. I dunno, a warning could be something stricter, like a warning = 1 or 2 day ban or something, it would make them think twice before doing it again, and it doesn't totally stuff them up either.

That would certainly make the vets break them, then follow them until they quickly leave
