I did dorf with right smash, right smash, his straight kick a few times, up smash (gets sandbag to 107%) then Homerun Bat smash, got 4050 ft. Think I could have maybe fit in a regular swing for a bit of extra damage, but I did a dash attack when I got the bat that took a bit to recover from and wasted just enough time that I didn't want to risk it.

don't use the homerun bat smash.

use a turnaround warlock punch, it hits it a LOT further. the turning around is very important.

Yep, was worth a little over 1000 extra feet. Thanks for the tip, current high score is 5099.7. (and it turns out that 107% was actually 141% so I don't know what happened to my brain, thank god for replays.)

So guess who managed to wind up with both shoulder buttons wrecked less than a week in.

My L's been busted for a while, and now R is on it's last legs.

Can't guard, throw or toss items until I get a fix...

You could always edit the buttons so you could grab/throw with X or Y

That's my record. Until someone here beats it, I'm done with Homerun contest

"Pic of the day. Here's the Trophy Shop for the Wii U version. It operates identically to the 3DS version, but it sure has a different feel, doesn't it?"

It sure does...it sure does.

That's a really cool design. I wonder what else they'll redesign for the Wii U version.

Still find the localisation changes hilarious

They actually converted (or reverted, I suppose) the distance from feet to metres

They have eight at a time in the Wii U version instead of six. I wonder how many more trophies the Wii U version will have.

My brother was thinking about that this morning....how about 800-1,000? Sound reasonable enough?
