What about Snake?

Snake is a special case that invelops friendship between the creators of those two franchises.

but I don't think that Sakuray even knows the No more heroes creator.

Also, since it's almost a family friendly game, they sure don't like to put mature audiences games characters,or you see Devil May Cry or Ninja Gaiden II chars in brawl?

..No, because Devil May Cry characters have barely (if ever) appeared on Nintendo consoles. Ninja Gaiden is arguable, though.

Obviously i can't prove if i am right, but these are my toughts

Actually, the creator begged Sakurai to put him in Melee, but due to time restraints, couldn't, So he was added to SSBB right when development had started on characters.

You said that they had a friendship so he added him.
Travis' Touchdown creator asked for his character in, so he might have a chance.

yeah the main character of a game where you have to virtually beat off to recharge your weapon is a prime candidate for a family-friendly party game

I haven't gotten very far in the series but I don't remember snake basically jerking his chain ever being an integral part of the gameplay

There's none of that, but there is attempted suicide and the Beauty and the Beast Corps which essentially fight you naked, and I'm not kidding. And that's just what comes to a non fan's mind.

Plus guns. Lots of guns, which clearly can't be part of a Smash game.

The B&B corps do not fight you naked, they all wear form fitting bodysuits.

I'm pretty sure that something like that would not be added to Smash if Travis was included.

Actually in Guns of the Patriots you can use 'lewd magazines' to recover your psych gauge. No nudity though.

Also again, a lot of developers want their characters in Smash Bros, it does not mean a thing. Travis Touchdown has no chance whatsoever.

A much better Konami rep would be Bomberman, with his history with Nintendo for so long.
I mean, Konami apparently absorbed them so now Bomberman is part of their property.

Konami bought Hudson Soft, yes.

I believe Simon Belmont would be better Konami rep, but I doubt he'll get in either.

I wonder what Konami will do with the characters they bought?
Hopefully at least 1 rep returns/makes it.

Personally I'd say IF Konami gets a rep it'd be a coin toss between the two.
