I worked at walmart for awhile, i know exactly how this happened LOL.

Its called lazy workers. They take in the return, dont even check it, dont care to. Its all routine to them. They took the rock-filled DS package and just put it back into stock. It mightve also gotten lost in legit packages for DS's because of the same lazy work-attitude. That kind of stuff was prevalent when i worked there, its a sign management doesn't give 2 s***, and so dont the employees. Customers will keep coming back for more regardless, anyway. Sad s***.
