Occasionally, when I load a page, things don't load right and look like they were linked to a broken URL like on MG. It's been doing this more often. On top of that, my Youtube music tends to randomly freeze and repeat a very small section of itself to make a loud and obnoxious noise. This is really irritating with my music. I'm using Google Chrome and both of these things happened all of a sudden.

That happened to me when I used Chrome, to be honest, everything worked fine when I used Firefox. Maybe you should try a different browser?

I'm considering it. Oh, and pages also randomly fail to load entirely.

And you don't listen to music through an offline-capable media player because...?

Well, still gonna keep this open as the problem is still going. Malwarebytes can't seem to detect anything and it's been scanning for almost 2 hours and 45 minutes (premium trial). AVG Antivirus (premium trial as well) doesn't seem to have a problem with anything either.

Try reinstalling various drivers - start with graphics drivers, then try audio drivers, and continue from there. Drivers are notorious for becoming outdated, f*** up and then f*** up things they shouldn't even be a part of.
