Rules, and Plot Pt I

Start out as a Ninja Academy Student in my club. After that, you can call yourself a Genin. Only then can you join this RPG. In order to pass through the ranks you can take exams. Jonin can choose to be a loner, a Sensei for a three man cell of Genin, or Chunin, or take an apprentice. One person can be the Hokage at one time. Should you disgrace your position, or should I need to make a change, someone will temporarily take over. Any other Kage can resign, or be overthrown should more than 20 people decide to attack you. Here you can create a character, give them an elemental affinity, give them a Kekkei Genkai, or create your own Jutsu! No Jutsu that cause suicide without some effect!(eg:Slit Your Throat Jutsu!) If you do I will make you start all over as a Ninja Academy Kohai. The same will happen to those who die. If a suicidal jutsu has an effect, you can use a Tensei Token. You can only recieve one by request. This means that if you use your one allotted Tensei, you must start over next time. The Hokage cannot be overthrown except by Cleod9, Hakker, Joat, or myself. These are the rules so far.

Rules Pt II


In the time where this takes place, Naruto is 79 years old, and has passed the title of Hokage down to someone temporarily as his advisor. He wants me to pick someone as Hokage, and I intend to do that. The plot is not set in stone as others' actions will influence the plot. Eventually all members should pass through the ranks to Jonin, where they will have a chance at Hokage position. ANBU, as well as former ANBU, and Sannin however will have better chances though.(Root is exempt from this as no Hokage will trust Danzo's son, or his ANBU squad.) As Hokage you will rule until you are killed, voted out by the Co-Dms, or overthrown. I can choose to overthrow someone myself should they disgrace their position. To achieve the role of Hokage before the rule is over, the person they appoint must kill the current Hokage.
Hokage can name someone a missing nin if they are not ANBU, or above and disappear for more than a week without notice.(This is mentioned as a rule in the first filler arc after the regular part one ended) they can either run to another Village or stay in Konoha to await Punishment.(Punishment can involve Stripping a Shinobi of one or more ranks, or leaving them unable to use Jutsu.

S Rank Jutsu: (You are allowed Two S rank Jutsu from this list: Raikiri: Lightning Blade, Taijuu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu: Multi Shadow Clone Jutsu, Fire Style: Great Fire Explosion, Kirin, or Rasenshuriken: Spiraling shuriken. More Jutsu will be added as they appear. You can also create your own with special permission, just like regular jutsu.)
Advanced Senses: Choose any of the regular 5 without permission: ESP will require permission however.

How long after the original does this take place?

OOC: Not much longer. a new evil force arrives on the scene. Do you want to start in Konoha, or Deltastar? If Deltastar, Batt will call you back to Konoha. If Konoha then we will rewind to the part where You now have the puppy, and possibly retcon a lot of stuff from the original.

New rule. If a Jutsu from the series is unlisted, you can request it. If you have two/three Co-Dms (Assuming The Hero of Time joins as a Co-Dm) give you permission.

Actually, the party is kinda split.

Hailey is on a vacation with Geoff in Alphastar.

And Xion and Alpha are in Alphastar as well, but in a different location.

Kane and Melissa are in Deltastar, relaxing.

After his separation from the others. Cayenne continued to train by himself, by learning how to channel both Hadou and Chakra together and use them as a single, new kind of power.

He has forsaken his old techniques, and uses now only the moves taught by his former sensei, and those he taught himself.

Now that he has realized his purpose, he will continue in a journey to become...
The greatest warrior... Ever born.
With a new drive and, a self purpose, he returned to Konoha.

Hailey is currently at Geoff’s base, learning of the Septon-6. She’s actually gotten to test it out, as well.

“Are you sure you’re only a year old?” the general asks, “She’s rather intelligent for one so young.”

“My mommy and daddy say so,” Hailey says proudly. She is aware that they weren’t her true parents, but she still refers to Todd and Alexander as Mommy and Daddy.

“Remember that this is only a prototype. It still might need to undergo improvements,” the general says.

“It passed all the tests so far,” Geoff says, “But the Septon-6 still needs further testing before we can be sure of anything. You must admit, it’s pretty impressive.”

“I must admit, that glove you have there is also a nice piece of work. You never quite told me where you got it, though,” the general says.

“She got it in Omegastar. Alexander and Todd have one each, as well,” Geoff explains, “It was introduced by…”

Geoff is interrupted by a squeaking. Hailey



Melissa is currently riding on Kane’s back, through the clouds.
