Sword is bend in an akward way (don't know if this is supposed to be like that, like a scimitar, but it seems like a common samurai-ish sword) and the shading looks a bit messy due to the narrow placing of the pixels (not neccesarily a bad thing, but cleaning the sprite up a might might improve the readability of the sprite), speaking of the warms, it looks kinda like a chuck of wood right now, maybe you could round the muscles a bit more? As Blitz said, the top of the cape is a bit jagged, but I think that if the sword's curve is fixed (IF you want to/there is need to fix it, that is) it will look better.
Also, I think the cape could be 2 pixels longer.
EDIT: Also, I think the glasses are placed a bit too far, you could try to place them back one pixel. Also, I think the hair could improve by making the darkest shade a tad lighter (wich could also improve readability).
