omg if they did sora would be so broken, might as well call the game sora smash flash 2. if anything like that were to happen, there would be a huge start up delay for them as well as end lag.

Matches frequently go to timeout because of Reflega as a counter and Curaga as a self heal.

It's waaay too quiet here. So I better tell you about my hands on with Sora.

New Sora is amazing, he's incredibly viable, has great options, and is actually fun to play as.

Strike Raid hitting in is great, makes the move useful and worth the risk.
FlowMotion is brooooke. After one day of comboing with it, TSON had to make it unsafe on shield to buzzkill my combo game. Still incredible though. Can combo into self when used intuitively, and can Up-B afterwards. I'll probably post VODs from the stream of the combos that can be done, it is truly insane. (Just don't whiff off-stage) It's great for mixing up your recovery, since it can cancel into ground.
Command Deck is a new staple. Aerial Fire slides and can aid in recovery, plus an amazing kill option that can be well concealed. (Since Sora should approach from the air anyway.) Blizzard is great for throwing your opponents momentum and approaching. If you can't get in, freeze 'em. Thunder has godlike power, and can be used for more creative kill stalls.
Aerial recovery is really nice. Allows for good chases, and Upwards Side-B can be done afterwards, and if I'm not mistaken, you can double jump afterwards if you haven't done so yet.

His Air Game is godlike. BAir Fair And UAir kill. Nair and Dair have combo setups. (landing Dair actually pops you up a little, letting you chase) Most Flowmos can combo into most aerials. So chase, chase, chase.

His ground game is pretty solid. Dash attack is active for days, and setups nicely. Jab is good for quick disrupts, just don't try to spam it, you will get interrupted. Up_tilt combos into itself. Hardly used F-tilt and D-tilt, so I have to wait for release to share my thoughts. Up-smash is bad. Risk never equals reward. Side Smash is godlike, but risky. Down Smash is great for stage control and ledge guarding.

Cons: recovery is hard vertically, you have to be smart to return. Most of his hitboxes on the Keyblade are still his hurtboxes, multihit moves rip him to shreds.

Gonna main him with Lloyd when Beta drops, so I'll let you know what I find.

usmash is good if someone decides to ff nair you, some people really seem to like that. it does a ridiculous amount of damage, it's like in the mid 20s uncharged. doesn't KO but oh well

I save usmash for killing. It sucks at it, but it's better than fair. Doing it out of a dash can catch people coming down after you combo them into the air, because the disjoint is HUGE and it's really hard to avoid.

I love Sora now. there are so many moves that can start a great combo. my favorites have to be side-B-neutral into up-B into
up-air and side-B-down into neutral-B to d-smash. both are great for quickly racking up some damaging combos.
