Not sure if this is a huge problem...

I have noticed a lot of the newer people encouraging others and dissing others about things they know absolutely nothing about.
I know this may seem stupid or silly but it really bugs me that these people that actually have potential are getting told their stuff is "Crap" and other people with absolutely no skill getting their stuff called "Amazing!"
Overall this may not seem like a big deal but it also ties in with Whimzer's older suggestion about criticizing without a real reason.
A new rule to stop this could be
- Don't judge or criticize work posted on the forums unless you have something constructive or helpful to say.
This could halt the "Amazing work bro!" and the "This is crap" posts.

Ages and ages ago, when Hakker did a big crackdown on spam in the SSF2 section, there was a rule specifically about this.

I'm not sure why it wouldn't be in place it could really help clear things up.

It's technically "in place," just not enforced as far as I know. Most likely because it's simply too difficult to teach those morons to be open minded.

This has been brought up before, it's not a massive deal outside of the Spam section(aside from the occasional problem), and if you can't handle it there you're in the wrong place.
