And piratebay/µtorrent are different compared to megaupload and other file-sharing websites, because they never actually host any of the content on their domains, it's all peer-to-peer.

I love it, this is just a little fad like what the rich white kids who need something to throw their parents' money into.

People want to prove something so for a couple weeks they'll cry about it and then take action and then forget about it and do other stuff.
This is the government in action, just wait a couple months until they have their next current fantasy and stop to do something else.

DDoS-ing a website doesn't take much, so upping the scale of something already minuscule appropriates to something slightly less minuscule. Oh my, the U.S. Government is most likely shaking in it's proverbial boots.
