It's kind of hard not to notice. He does it on purpose sometimes. And I don't like that, especialy to the new users that have to deal with it.

Yep. I could call it rankism but we aren't really ranked in that way, so I have to find something "INTELLIGENT"(something else that gets on my nerves) to call them.
