Version: v0.9b (On the bottom right it says 0.9.1.1982)

Playing a four player match with only the smash ball on on sand ocean. I as Goku managed to get the smash ball and use it close to the ground. So some reason the animation where he surges with power and knocks back others got cancelled and it did not let me make any movements. Funny enough I also did not receive and kind of knockback or damage. The only way that I was able to be interacted with was by mega man's crash bomber which stuck onto Goku and upon exploding did nothing. When the final transformation timer ran out I proceeded to turn back into regular Goku but the glitch persisted and I still was unable to make a move. During the whole time the regular idle animation was playing so he was on the ground. As a sidenote CPU players attempted to target me which effectively did nothing.

Sure I can wait for beta, but it is still worth noting the bug in case that the developers see it and can be cautious of it when testing for beta.
