Is the snake for SSF2? I really like it, i just think you should try to highlight his build a bit more(muscles nose beard etc)
As for the SH stage the building looks very well shaped and shaded

Snake:
Try to risk Snake over a image or using base. It needs some movements in the hair and bandana. Shadow is pretty weird on the things that the person over me commented. His walking animation is a bit odd.

Harry *anything*:
He needs a recolor and more shadow on his face, try to make more movements in his legs.

The stage:
Make better shadow on the bottom. It looks pretty nice although.
