King Kyuubit guessed correctly! Here's a justification for each of my hints:

Hint #1: SOMETHING EARNED, SOMETHING OLD, SOMETHING PRICELESS, SOMETHING GOLD
Something earned: This can be related to either my dev or mod status, both I worked pretty hard for.
Something old: As of last January I've been on the forum for 4 years, "old" relates to the account
Something priceless: This one is pretty vauge, I wanted this to apply to a lot of things. My artwork, how I feel working for ssf2, APEX 2013, lots of things.
Something gold: The collar of the character Geno's cloak is a golden/yellow color.

Hint #2: xxxxx xx, xxxx xxx xxxx xx XXXXX
In the spam section or most often when someone is privately speaking to me, a common joke is to say a sentence with capitals at the end. For example, "This game is so good oh my GOD". You'd have to do some digging to get this one.

Hint #3: I DON'T ACT LIKE THIS
This line is a reference to a comic I used to write about MG. The phrase was originally stated by Kyuubit ironically, and was later used in the comic as an inside joke. See the page here.

Hint #4: SQUARES IN MOTION
This is a reference to spriting and sprite animation, both of which I do, which are basically animated squares. Thus, squares in motion.

Hint #5: Red and blue
Red and blue both mix to make purple, the color of my username (props to Psycho!)

A very obvious reference to my username, Dr.Geno. Broken into separate pieces, it is Doctor Geno. The image depicts a doctor carrying a clipboard that reads Geno (the character's) true name taken from SMRPG.
