I hit and catch with my turnips through practice and skill lol, not items. I'd do it more but online lag. But items are fun tho

In the middle of the match, take about 30 seconds and start doing blatantly stupid crap.

Trust me on this, whoever youre fighting will lose their focus pretty quick.

Spam smashes until you get one. The opponent will get so annoyed that you hit them with a noob tactic that they'll play worse. Then break out the rolls and more smashes, until they're so flustered you easily win.

When you have really low risk smash attacks (DK Fsmash etc) best believe they are gonna get abused

I'm not sure any smashes (besides maybe Sora's usmash) are low-risk, unless you're playing with a lot of lag.
