Eh I would think Marios drug habit would be at least as bad as Luigi's
But I think Marios would be worse, his life seems more like a tweaker scheme, Luigi seems more content to stay at home and be relaxed, his self esteem issues seem like they'd go away with everyone thinking he's a cool guy, which also would seem more rational if Mario was a little too far gone from sobriety
