But an A press is an A press. You can't say it's only a half.
Luigi would be the only viable Mario character cause he doesn't need to do anything to win.

Make luigi's misfire be an OHKO when getting hit at point-blank
Also make the misfire's initial explosion be a bob-omb explosion, except it doesn't harm Luigi

Everytime a character got hit by misfire at point blank, remove them from the game without leaving any trace
