And let the manga be unlocked if you complete the story mode. (Complete with uncensored Sandbag scenes!)

Change the Ray Gun to a real life Desert Eagle or M1911 pistol that inexplicably fires lasers. If Joker can use realistic looking guns that fire different things, why not anyone else?

Add Joker, but have the SSF2 announcer guy voice him so the "joker is the announcer" jokes will still be relevant in ssf2.

REALLY buff black mage's full-charge down smash and make the ice spikes stay out for the entire match, hitting for every half second and the only way to take them out would be with high priority attacks
