No topic? Anyway the movie is fantastic. Easily the best X-Men movie, if not one of the better Marvel movies in general.

Why should Storm be there in the first place? Besides, she got a cameo; when Prof. X was using Cerebro and locating mutants, child Storm was shown.

Wolverine's cameo was great.

It was a prequel to the X-Men series
I would've assumed they would show the X-Men that people would know most; ie, the X-Men from the previous film series
Anyway, Storm is one of the most well-known X-Men characters. It doesn't make sense not to give her a part in a new film series.

This is what happened before Storm was even old enough to JOIN the X-men. So of course she wasn't going to play a part in the movie.

X-Men and other comic series are full of paradoxical time s***. That, or they could've scrapped the time line they had originally planned and moved it a bit further ahead so we could get a prequel to the 2000 film with Cyclops, Wolvie and Storm.

This movie wasn't supposed to about them! This movie is about Professor X and Magneto and how they became what they are today. How they started the X-men and their relationship as friends before they were enemies.

Haven't you seen enough of them? I'm actually glad that the more known mutants were left out so some other mutants got some time in the spotlight.

I was disappointed with X3

I personally want to see Dazzler if we're going to bring in rather unknown mutants, however, if like you say that the point of the film was to introduce unknown mutants I question what Mystique and Beast are doing in the film. They've had their fair share of film time in the trilogy

Well early on in comics, I guess it's mostly coherent by now.

Also, apparently Cyclops's brother is in the movie. Haven't seen it, but that seems odd to me.

Morph...
I'm surprised I actually remember him... Didn't he "die" in the second ep or something?

On a side note, I was a little annoyed at how they had Darwin in the movie just to kill him off...
