I don't know many, but here you go:

's taunt has a separate Windbox that also deals around 3%, and believe me, edgeguarding someone with it and watching them as they miss the ledge by two pixels is honestly one of the most satisfying things in the game, at least for me.
A Windbox is, a Hitbox, only that it pushes your opponents. Basically, its like an attack, except it just pushes, so if they used their recovery, they don't get it back, putting them on freefall to their doom. If it happens offstage, of course.

's F-Air will always Meteor. Or Spike. Whatever it is, it always does.

This one is probably known by many, and I don't know why I put it here but meh, 's U-Air has a Windbox that sends your opponent upwards, and so does his D-Tilt.

If you use and do a Tilt/Air right as you throw your fruit (AKA N-Special), you will catch it. Its pretty much the only viable way to grab it.

has a busted S-Special. It has a ridiculous amount of vertical knockback, at least I think so.

If you shield 's N-Special while charging it, you will keep the charge, but when you use it again it will automatically trigger.
(Yes, Bowler "helped" me on this one.)

has a small chance of doing an incredibly powerful S-Special. This is known as "Misfire".

's tip, of his sword of course, will do more damage and knockback. Specially on N-Special. This is called "Tipper"

can go a crazy distance if you use Side-Special in the air and then land before moving

can get so weird looking momentum if he uses fair just as he lands

can quickly shoot two Neutral-Specials if he uses it in the air and lands at the right time

can go really far in any direction from his Down-Special by holding that direction

can hit his bombs with any of his other moves (typically after throw his bomb up) to for some tricky set-ups

can activate Kaio-ken by hitting himself with his Side-Special

can get some crazy powerful attacks from fully charging his Smash attacks.
F-Smash: A large lighting bolt moving forward that disappears and reappears occasionally
U-Smash: Fire comes from both sides of BM to create a large burst of fire.
D-Smash: The ice moves across the entirety of whatever platform he's on.

Uhhhhhhhhhh, I don't think these are techs. Those are just basic things about these characters that anyone can do.

yeah, techs would be like dashdancing or multishining and things like that.

as long as we're discussing little known techniques, you can advance through menus by pressing your attack button

the only real "tech" in this thread so far is Pacman's fruit regrab, everything else is just tips that beginners might not know of right away.

So as long as we're not really giving out "techs" and instead tips, allow me to point out again that you can shorthop Uair without jumping by using C-stick up. And the same goes for fastfalling Dairs, you can not fastfall during a Dair easily by using C-stick Down.
