We need more concrete rules on signature size

Not character length either, size in pixels

I propose that if it's big enough to cover my whole screen it shouldn't be allowed

Having a signature that large serves no purpose other than to be obnoxious and f*** annoying

Well, one problem here is that this particular sig barely takes up half my screen. But I guess we all have different resolutions, so it's hard to see what exactly is too big. But as usual I like to take it on a case by case basis, so if you have a complaint about sig size just inform a moderator. I'll take care of this one myself.
