Bio/History: Xavier was born in West Fresno (The ghetto of Fresno basically) and lived there until he was three, when he moved to Central Fresno. He has had high marks allthrough school, and has made the Honor Roll on more than one occassion. At age 11 he became interested in Spriting and RPing, where he created his Fan Character: Meikyou Natsuhiboshi

Character Appearance: A teen girl with black hair, dark brown eyes, and a bandage on her left hand from a battle injury. She wears a black Gi, and black belt, as well as sandals, and a silver necklace. She carries a katana with a black blade, and silver handle with the Romaji phrase Tsukuyomi Nagareboshi Hozuki (Lit: Moon God Shooting Star Reflected in the water, TNH for short.) carved in gold along the sides.
Abilities:
Kenatsu (Shallow Cut): Cost: 1000: Meikyou performs a powerful slash attack with TNH.
Moon Dash: Cost: 1500: TNH glows red, and
Meikyou's speed increases.
Kirimai (Blade Dance): Cost: 3000: Meikyou makes many blade strikes in quick succession.
Kentatsu (Shallow Dragon): Cost: 4000: Meikyou makes an arc with TNH, which releases a similarly sized arc of energy toward the opponent, capable of weakening or destroying barriers. Downside: Meikyou can only use it once per battle.
