It's Hakker's connection, you should notice in the server list its about 2-3 bars when it should be 5. I think running the server with more ram would help but it's certainly a long shot.

It doesn't work anymore, from where I've checked. Also, I just went onto the server, and it didn't lag at all, so now I'm completely baffled. (last night, it lagged even though I was the only one online)

I'll look into it, but keep me informed if the lag returns, I'm keeping an eye on the server window.

Java scripting never stops working =/ if that specific line isn't working for you its probably because the path isn't specified OR your using a jar instead.

use this:

java -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M -jar minecraft_server.exe
pause

then tell me what it says.

I'm using the exe, if I simply use the first line it closes after a split second, if I use the pause I can see the issue it gives me :
'java' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Also, I'm starting to think I know what the issue is, and it being something different.

Gonna quit skyrim for a night and see if I can get a bunch of people online to see if the issue persists.

The problem is that in the line of code it uses "java" to try and call "C:\YOUR JAVA DIRECTORY HERE\javaw" because by default thats the path that "java" is set to.

So your new line of code should be:

"C:\YOUR JAVA DIRECTORY HERE\javaw" -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M -jar minecraft_server.exe

then it should be good.

TL;DR
the path for java isn't set so instead of setting it just tell it where to go, where it needs to go should be something like this.
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin\javaw
