That would knock off two important/recognizable characters of the series. Medusa's too Stage Boss for that and Viridi was never shown outside actual gameplay...

I also can't imagine it would be a stationary stage, considering the flying and land stages being a major gameplay point.

That's Gaol's castle? I thought that was the battleground where Viridi dropped the Reset Bomb.

Yeah I thought so too, especially considering sakurais caption of the image, which was about viridi and how she hates the greedy humans.

Maybe stage wide, so it changes from Air Battle to Land Battle, like in the actual game?

Based on how kid Icarus uprising works it might be a scrolling stage or at least one that's constantly changing due to the reset bomb

We probably will get at least 1 or 2 new characters a month or Sakurai will just hide things till the game is released in japan.

My main hope for the roster is that there are actually a bunch of unlockable newcomers. In brawl very few of the newcomers were unlockable, so we knew about them already before the game came out. Unlocking characters in brawl never had the same excitement that it had in melee.

There are more unlockable newcomers than starter newcomers though.
