Luxray use Thunder on Charizard! *Super Effective*
Torterra use Natural Gift on Charizard*Moderatly effective i think since Charizard is a Fire/Flying and Torterra's Natural Gift is Ice*

Luxray isn't on the ground, so it isn't effective. Torterra is a Grass/Ground, I think Ice is normally effective, idr. _________________I was thought of myself as a Charmander. LOL I'M GOING TO BE ALL OF THE DRAGONS
