So when I try to play the downloaded version of SSF2, it is lag central without the minimum quality on. I'm running on a fairly decent computer, so I don't really understand why it is that it runs so poorly. Is there any way to make it run better without making it look like a potato?
I'm running on Windows 10, if that matters.

Screen Flash - Disabled
Ambient Lightning - Disabled
Shadows - Enabled/Disabled
Stage Effects - Simple/Enabled
Menu BG - Enabled

I also use Windows 10, but I don't know if it also works for you.

I know you can run it with the worst quality, but that just takes away half of the game for me. I'm more looking for a way to run it at the highest quality without it becoming a slideshow. I've tried giving it a higher priority in the task manager, but it doesn't seem like that did anything. Heck, making it run at 'real time' just made it have broken audio.

Bruh, this setting is actually high quality.
