i think eevee counts as a starter just because it's easy to think about him as one for some reason

Eevee as a starter was in the 'Side Games' so to speak. but in the main series the only starter pokemon that wasn't Grass,Fire,or Water type is Pikachu in Pokmon Yellow. Eevee was a starter in Pokmeon Conquest,Pokemon XD Gale of Darkness,and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon which are side games. And as your Rival's starter in Pokemon Yellow which is originally meant for the player.

For anyone that has B/W, I believe there's an event going on that allows you to get Victini (again). For those that missed it last year, now's your chance to get him. You have to get it from Mystery Gift, though.

It's a cute and strong little fellow. It's the only way Victini can have V-Create which is it's signature move. Same case with Meloetta's Relic Song.

Weren't Keldeo, Meloetta, and Genesect only available in Japan events? Or were they in the American events, but I missed them?

I don't think Genesect was revealed to the public, was it? I thought it was the only Pokemon as of now not to be officially revealed by Nintendo.
I'm quite irritated by that, actually. Because like, two years later, they're all "omg new pokeymanz" just like with Arceus. ..Or is that just North America? |
