Hyper Combo Gauges Instead Of Smash Balls?

I would like to see Hyper Combo Gauges applied to each character in SSF2, similar to those in Marvel VS Capcom: Clash Of Super Heroes. I think this is a cool idea, because this has been done in another fan game called MUGEN. (I don't know if you all heard of it.) Anyways, what do you think of this idea? Let me know!

Sorry, but this is a Smash game, not Street Fighter. And add this complement makes no sense.
