I stated that Berserk being better isn't an opinion, because most shonen is overrated and actually isn't good. That's not opinion, I never wrote, "I think Shonen is terrible."

You're tryin' too hard, Whim. I know you think Berserk is better, but it's definitely not a fact. Death Note had an amazing storyline, but it's not a fact that it was better, either. All opinions, sir.

How can you even compare berserk to naruto? One is a 25 episode anime, one is ongoing. IMO Narutos story is much better then berserks. The Berserk anime didnt even cover all the manga. The only thing I liked about berserk was the violence. Also what im getting from you is that you just hate on the popular animes. I could be wrong though. Do you even watch or read naruto and katekyo hitman reborn?

1) Amount of episodes has nothing to do with anything. A good story can be made in relatively few episodes or a large number.

3) Only the violence? That's one of the most shallow things you could say about anything.
4) Not my fault popular animu has an idiotic fanbase that believes the show is better than it actually is.
5) I wasted 3 years of my life on Naruto, something I will never get back. Generally, I am angry. I am angry that I thought of it as a viable show, I am angry that it is so terrible, I am angry that people gobble s*** like it down as if it were a slab of steak from a five star restaurant in the Bellagio.
I wasn't even interested in Hitman. Shonen Jump has the worst mangoes, and they're the exact stuff preteens feed on. The stories are not mature enough to actually have an intelligent audience.

1. My point was its tougher to keep up an interesting story with a longer anime. 3. Why is it shallow? That's why its there, because its entertainment. 4. anime*, and now it seems even more your just hating. 5. Why would you waste 3 years of your life on something that is terrible. I wasted 3 f*** years of my life on it because I was a preteen, the exact market for the show.
Only when I matured did I realize how retarded it was.
And come on, man, violence is the stupidest reason to like something. And if it has a story that is good, it's a slap in the face to the people who spent so much time writing it. In a good story, violence is only a vehicle to move the plot and character development forward, if it's just there for the sake of violence, then it's a waste of time.
